Chris became an associate of Macedone Legal in July 2017
Chris is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. He holds Bachelor Degrees in both Law and Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Wollongong.
Chris joined Macedone Legal in January 2015. He was admitted to practice in February 2015 and is currently appointed to the legal Aid General Criminal Law Panel.
Chris regularly deals with both Criminal and Civil matters in the Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court.
Criminal matters he deals with include, but are not limited to:
- Traffic Offences, including Drink Driving
- Apprehended Violence Orders
- Mental Health Law
- Drug Offences
- Assault Offences
- Bail applications
He also acts for the firm’s clients in relation to more serious Criminal matters that proceed to trial in the District Court.
Civil matters he regularly deals with include:
- Debt collection
- Contract Disputes
- Commencing/defending Local, District and Supreme Court proceedings.
